1. Subscription Billing
VenusHawk subscriptions are billed in advance based on the selected plan and usage scope. Service access is provisioned immediately after successful payment.
2. Refund Terms — 7-Day Window
We provide a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase.
Refund eligibility depends on usage during the period:
If no credits are consumed, the user is entitled for 100% refund - no questions asked. But if there's partial or full usage, then based on the consumption, the user will be eligible for pro-rata refund which can be any amount including USD 0.00 ( if all credits are exhausted )
Refunds are not permitted after the 7-day period, except in cases of:
Duplicate payments
Verified billing errors
Approved refunds are processed in 2–3 business days to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals.
The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Payments beyond the 7-day window remain non-refundable.
4. Delivery of Service
Service access and subscription benefits are delivered immediately upon payment.
