1. Subscription Billing

VenusHawk is a subscription software service billed in advance per the selected plan.

2. Refund Terms

Payments are non-refundable once access to the Platform is provisioned.

Refunds may be granted only in cases of duplicate charges or billing errors.

3. Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime by contacting support@secasure.com.

Cancellation stops future renewals, but access remains active ( & non-refundable ) until the end of the current billing cycle, for which payment was made in advance.

4. Delivery of Service

As delivery of service is instant and activated immediately post payment towards subscription, service access cannot be returned or reversed.
