Product: VenusHawk

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VenusHawk (“Platform”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use.

2. Description of Service

VenusHawk provides AI-driven security intelligence including vulnerability detection, dark-web exposure insights, and network risk monitoring. Features may update as we improve the platform.

3. Authorized Use

You must use the Platform only for lawful, security-validated purposes and ensure all activity is compliant within your organization.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

5. Customer Data

You retain ownership of all data submitted to the Platform. We may process metadata solely to operate and improve the service. We do not sell customer data.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All technology, branding, models, and content ( except customer / third-party data ) remain the exclusive property of SECASURE.

7. Subscription & Billing

Access is subscription-based. Charges and renewal conditions are displayed during plan selection. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

8. Service Availability

We strive for continuous uptime but may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or unforeseen or force majeure reasons.

9. Liability Limitation

SECASURE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of business or profits. Our maximum liability, if deemed to be true legally, is limited upto the service fees paid in the past 12 months, with actual amount being estimated on case basis.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated. After termination, data may be exported only upon formal request.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform is assumed to your acceptance of the updated Terms.
